Return Process

  Securely pack the cricket equipment in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product remains in brand-new, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
